Position: Sales Manager (BDR Training Course)Location: Remote (Working in alignment with Colombian Time Zone)

Role Overview:
We seek an articulate and driven Sales Manager to promote our new 5-month BDR course. This role requires keen interaction with prospective students, emphasizing conversions from warm leads. Say goodbye to cold calling and focus on what you do best - selling through genuine connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and convert warm leads to course participants through calls, WhatsApp, and video platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
- Maintain our CRM system assiduously, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with our international team, sharing insights and refining sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong command over English (C1 level or above).
- Proven sales experience. Selling in English is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work remotely and comfortably adhere to Brazil's time zone.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $650/month with performance-based bonuses.
