Position: Sales Manager (BDR Training Course)

Location: Remote (Working in alignment with Colombian Time Zone)
Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Salary: $1,200 - $3,000/month pre-tax

Role Overview:
We seek an articulate and driven Sales Manager to promote our new 5-month BDR course. This role requires keen interaction with prospective students, emphasizing conversions from warm leads. Say goodbye to cold calling and focus on what you do best - selling through genuine connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and convert warm leads to course participants through calls, WhatsApp, and video platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Maintain our CRM system assiduously, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with our international team, sharing insights and refining sales strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Strong command over English (C1 level or above).
  • Proven sales experience. Selling in English is a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely and comfortably adhere to Brazil's time zone.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $650/month with performance-based bonuses.
  • Robust earning potential with monthly totals ranging from $1,200 to $3,500.

  • Proactively contact and engage potential students who've shown interest after our webinars, primarily through WhatsApp, IP-telephony, and Zoom.
  • Schedule and facilitate course presentation sessions with our dedicated sales team.
  • Meticulously manage and update our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
  • Previous experience in customer relations or call center roles; English-based experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely and in alignment with the Brazilian tme zone.
